– NegotiatorX India is not a party to any property transaction and does not guarantee any deal, price, or outcome.
3. Eligibility
– You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
– By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
– Brokers using the Platform must hold a valid RERA registration as required under applicable laws.
4. User Accounts
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
– You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and while using the Platform.
– You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
– We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.
5. Platform Services
– Buyers post property requirements on the Platform.
– RERA-registered Brokers submit proposals in response to such requirements.
– Contact details may be shared only after applicable conditions (including any paid unlock, if applicable) are met.
– We do not verify the accuracy of property details, proposals, or claims made by users beyond basic platform checks.
– Availability of features may vary based on the plan or package selected by the user.
6. User Obligations
Users agree that they will:
– Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
– Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
– Not engage in any activity that harms the Platform, other users, or third parties.
– Not attempt to bypass any payment, security, or access restrictions.
– Comply with all applicable laws, including RERA and other real estate regulations.
Brokers specifically agree that:
– They hold a valid RERA registration.
– They will not misrepresent their credentials or services.
– They are solely responsible for the content of their proposals and any subsequent interactions with buyers.
7. Payments
– Certain features of the Platform may require payment.
– All applicable fees are displayed before payment.
– Payments once successfully processed are subject to our Refund Policy.
– Users are responsible for ensuring correct service selection and payment details before completing any transaction.
8. Intellectual Property
– All content, design, logos, software, and materials on NegotiatorX India are owned by or licensed to us.
– You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

– Use or inability to use the Platform
– Any transaction or interaction between users
– Any property-related dispute, loss, or claim
– Any technical issue, delay, or data loss.
11. Indemnity
– You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NegotiatorX India, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
– We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
– Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
